Nowhere in the world carnival is bigger than in my hometown of Cologne.                                                                                                                                                                 It´s celebrated year-round but the peak starts on November 11th and lasts through Ash Wednesday. During that period most of the local bands have more than 200 shows, sometimes ten on one day. I had the chance to follow some of them backstage and found hard working men and women, showbiz professionals and even some of that good old Rock ´n Roll. This is an ongoing project and a homage to my hometown.
