HOTEL TRAUBE TONBACH
is one of Germany´s leading hotels. Located near Baiersbronn in the beautiful Black Forest, it features the famous "Schwarzwaldstube", one of Europe´s best restaurants for decades now. I was so fortunate to visit them several times a year to shoot for the hotel´s communication.
This has always been one of my favorite assignments since it thaught me a lot about the hard work in top end gastronomy, about commitment to the customer and about excellence in pushing standards.
